Feeding Program Officially Launches at Ilugin Elementary School
Published on July 25, 2025
Following a successful trial run, the Feeding Futures PH daily feeding program officially launched today at Ilugin Elementary School. The program is now providing daily, nutritious meals to its 60 student beneficiaries.

The first official meal consisted of chopsuey, pork, white rice, and watermelon, providing a balanced meal to support the students' nutritional needs. The food, prepared in a commissary, are served by a team of volunteers and staff.

The program establishes a consistent and reliable source of daily nutrition for the students, ensuring they receive a complete meal each school day.

The provision of these meals is intended to supply the necessary fuel for learning and physical activity, reinforcing the community's investment in the students' well-being and academic potential.

The first day of the program marks a significant step in the long-term partnership between Feeding Futures PH and the Ilugin Elementary School community.
